Dr. Patrick Herdzik MD

Dr. Herdzik is a family physician serving patients across the Windsor–Essex region. Born and raised in Windsor, he returned to Canada to provide comprehensive, patient-centred care within his local community. He is committed to building long-term relationships with his patients and delivering accessible, high-quality primary care.

In addition to his family practice, Dr. Herdzik provides urgent care services alongside colleagues at the TMC Clinic in Kingsville. Dr Herdzik collaborates with nurse practitioner colleagues to improve access to care for patients within the region. He also offers virtual consultations for patients requiring non-urgent medical reviews, particularly those who do not yet have access to a regular family doctor.

Dr. Herdzik brings a broad and diverse clinical background shaped by training in both Canada and the United Kingdom. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Windsor before earning his medical degree from the Poznan University of Medical Sciences in 2016.

He went on to complete his residency training in England, beginning with postgraduate foundation training across multiple specialities, including cardiology, general surgery, acute internal medicine, general practice, trauma and orthopaedic surgery, and emergency medicine. He subsequently undertook specialist training in General Practice, with further experience in stroke medicine, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, and community-based primary care.

Dr. Herdzik is a dedicated husband and father and enjoys spending time with family outside of work.
